North Rim

I didn't think it was possible to have two areas so close together (as the crow flies) be so very different. North Rim and South Rim are like night and day.  Seeing the canyon on a mule is the best way to go.

What we Learned:

-Mules have a lot of gas

-Traveling early in the morning is the best (no tourists and LOTS of wildlife)

-Sometimes making a mistake can be serendipitous

-The people at the Grand Canyon Mule Rides (North Rim) are the BEST!!!!
